MSN is an online service and is not a mandatory item for any O/S
If you don't use MSN you have no use for the desktop icon....... delete it.
just right click and delete..................
You may also find a folder named OLS............. online services..........it
that folder you may find AOL, MSN, Prodigy or any other service that might
have been available.Use Find and check for OLS............. if you find
it.......... delete the whole d______ folder............. you don't need any
of them.
