Yes, I think you are correct, so far as tonight's vote. However, an
accurate assessment of the 'how many' and 'why' associated with 'no' votes
will help the board understand what may need to be changed in order to get
a passable version crafted. It's helpful for us to know (as we now do) *why
*you would vote no if you were present.

Both Steve and I vote against the new covenants. The proposed version
includes language that is more restrictive than the county and we oppose
