All good Renee for VINC plants,
Do you want to send me the order?
Let me know in Thursday what time you'd like me to meet eg 3 or 3.15 to set up.
Cheers
Katrina

HI all,
CERES Propagation have not got back to me yet. I might hear from them today,
but at this stage no Wednesday pick up unless I hear from them early in the
day. KRISTIE / IAN I’ll let you know if I hear anything before 10am,
otherwise don’t worry.
VINC plants ready THURSDAY. KATRINA I can help you with loading/unloading.
EVERYONE can you please respond to the Working Bee date survey? Otherwise
I’ll pick a date based on two responses. You can change your options for the
other terms later if things change, but I do need to know who’s available
when for term 1.

No worries Renee - just let me know what you'd like me to collect from CERES
tomorrow and where I can stash them, and I'm on it.

OK, a final call for helpers on Thursday.
Can anyone collect the plants from VINC in Fairfield on Thursday morning?
Other ways to help below.
Please help in one of these ways:
-collect plants from VINC and CERES
-get some posters of the Enviro Team logo printed to decorate the stall and
catch the eye. We can re-use these. Maybe some pics of chickens, veggies,
native plants … to give an idea of what we do? Advertise the first Working
Bee and Enviro Team meeting. Printing can be done through the TPS office. I
just need to let the office know who you are.
-help set up at 3pm on Thursday
-do a shift on the stall providing info, selling plants
-help pack up around 4.30/45pm
Thanks to Danielle, Kristie (welcome) and Emily for their responses so far.
Cheers,
Renee

Hi everyone,
I know we have yet to meet as a group this year yet, but we have a few
things to do this week. My apologies for not getting onto it all sooner,
I’ve been busy.
Welcome BBQ THIS THURSDAY! (eek!)
We need to set up a stall at the bbq, selling some plants and providing
info about the Enviro Team.
-draft a sign up sheet, covering people’s contact details, what area they
are interested in (e.g.: chook team)
-help set up at 3pm on Thursday
-do a shift on the stall providing info, selling plants
-help pack up around 4.30/45pm
Survey to find Working Bee dates for this year.
In the past we’ve been a bit haphazard with setting the dates, so I’m
hoping planning ahead will help.
I’d like the Term 1 date before the Welcome BBQ on Thursday please. You
apparently can edit your response later if you change your mind on a date.

Enviro Team meeting.
I realise it’s hard to accommodate when everyone can make it. So far the
largest number of responses I have is for a Friday or Wednesday meeting.
How about either Wednesday 26 Feb or Friday 28 Feb at 3.40pm? Let me know
which you prefer. Bring a snack for kids to share.
New members
We do need new members. We have a few exciting projects on the go, but need
people to help out. Chooks, organising plants for sales, championing
recycling and sustainable practice, helping with Aviva’s gardening classes,
turning compost, many ways to get involved.
We need to do some succession planning this year too.
Builders
We need to find some registered builders, who are ok to work on small
projects to quote on our Kitchen Garden Classroom stage 1 renovations. If
you know someone please email tpsenviro@xxxxxxxxx
Cheers,
Renee
