I am happy to recruit some new Enviro team members, many people in
Foundation are interested.
I can organise a signup sheet for new members.
It’s my daughters birthday Thursday and the Steiner foundation class has
organised to do a little celebration after school for a few of the
Childrens birthdays so I am afraid I won’t able to help.
However I’m available for either date suggested for a meeting.

I know we have yet to meet as a group this year yet, but we have a few
things to do this week. My apologies for not getting onto it all sooner,
I’ve been busy.
*Welcome BBQ THIS THURSDAY! (eek!)*
We need to set up a stall at the bbq, selling some plants and providing
info about the Enviro Team.
*Please help in one of these ways:*
-collect plants from VINC and CERES
-get some posters of the Enviro Team logo printed to decorate the stall
and catch the eye. We can re-use these. Maybe some pics of chickens,
veggies, native plants … to give an idea of what we do? Advertise the first
Working Bee and Enviro Team meeting. Printing can be done through the TPS
office. I just need to let the office know who you are.
-draft a sign up sheet, covering people’s contact details, what area they
are interested in (e.g.: chook team)
-help set up at 3pm on Thursday
-do a shift on the stall providing info, selling plants
-help pack up around 4.30/45pm

In the past we’ve been a bit haphazard with setting the dates, so I’m
hoping planning ahead will help.
I’d like the Term 1 date before the Welcome BBQ on Thursday please. You
apparently can edit your response later if you change your mind on a date.

*Enviro Team meeting. *
I realise it’s hard to accommodate when everyone can make it. So far the
largest number of responses I have is for a Friday or Wednesday meeting.
How about either Wednesday 26 Feb or Friday 28 Feb at 3.40pm? Let me know
which you prefer. Bring a snack for kids to share.
*New members*
We do need new members. We have a few exciting projects on the go, but
need people to help out. Chooks, organising plants for sales, championing
recycling and sustainable practice, helping with Aviva’s gardening classes,
turning compost, many ways to get involved.
We need to do some succession planning this year too.
*Builders*
We need to find some *registered* builders, who are ok to work on small
projects to quote on our Kitchen Garden Classroom stage 1 renovations. If
