TOS's neighbor at the Magic Ridge Sanctuary Kathy Leabo is getting on
in years and needs to move to town. Therefore she is putting her home
on the market. It is listed here:

Mrs. Leabo has always been a great neighbor to the TOS properties and
since she would much prefer to see the house go to somebody who would
appreciate the birdlife and unique habitat of Magic Ridge she has
written into the contract with the realtor that members of TOS would
be exempt from the 6% agent fee. She said the listed price of $169.000
is negotiable and she would
consider any reasonable offer.
The TOS board feels it would be in the best interest of TOS spread the
word about this sale to our members and do what we can increase the
odds of having a friendly neighbor.
