Yes, the C256 Foenix is supposed to be the successor to the C128. It was built
by Stefany Allaire, an electronics and computer whiz who envisioned what the
next computer after the C128 would be like if Commodore had continued its
business. The U (user version) has 2 MB of RAM while the U+ has 4 MB of RAM. I
own a U+. The EVID-200 is a video card that's supposed to connect to the
Internet. It was fairly cheap ($200-$300) to buy, so I consider it to be the
successor to the C64. You can find out more at C256Foenix.com. Stefany built
some better, higher-priced computers and now she calls her site Foenix Retro
Systems. I'm trying to play it safe with the C256 Foenix U+.

Is this related to Commodore hardware?
I have never heard of a U+ or EVID-200

Hello. I can't get my U+ to work. I just bought a new monitor cable and plugged
it in, so my monitor has power, and I firmly connected the DVI-D cable to my
monitor and the EVID-200 unit attached to my U+, but I get a No Device Attached
error, which I didn't get before. I also connected an RJ45 50' cable from my U+
to my router/modem in port 4, but port 4 won't light up like port 2 does, which
is attached to my Windows 10 computer. I have a power cable attached to my U+,
and when I turn the U+ on, all the lights turn on for an instant, then turn
off, so I know the U+ and EVID-200 both work. What should I do? - Marlon S.
