It's hard to be 100% sure from this shot but this probably is 7686 Phyllodesma
occidentis. The other option is 7687 Phyllodesma americana.

Subject: [tn-moths] Phyllodesma Occidentis
I believe I have the right photo attached this time. This is the moth I
photographed about 3 weeks ago and was having difficulty identifying it, but
after Ken Childs posted a photograph iof a similar moth, I believe this to be
"phyllodesma occidentis", "the Southern Lappet Moth".
