Kris, Cool moth! And yes, I think that is about as small as any of our moths get! It is in the family Nepiculidae which includes the genus Ectodoemia. Another possibility is the genus Stigmella. Hard to know with these moths. Congrats on getting such a good image--you were definitely pushing the limits of your macro lens.
