That's the moth!  Thanks to all that helped with this.  According to BAMONA it 
hasn't been reported in TN.

Allan,

After a bit of research online (and a bit of help) I believe that moth is 
Heliomata cycladata or Common Spring Moth. The map I found shows it in eastern 
Missouri and southeastern Iowa. This map does not show it in Tennessee, but 
that doesn't mean too much I suppose. Very little else is known about it
