Paulette, I didn't see the female oviposit, but I have found the
caterpillars on field thistle (*Cirsium discolor*) at Owl's Hill Nature
Sanctuary in Brentwood, TN. They were wild, not captive-raised. Dates were
July 10 and July 14 2003.
