For many of us this was probably the first time seeing the summer form. My 
sightings in past years were middle October to early November and were always 
the winter form. As of yesterday, all here were still wearing their summer 
outfits.

    Here are my Dainty Sulphurs for the season,

  I believe image 4 (September 5), image 9 (September 18), and image 13 
(September  25) are winter forms. There appear to be others, but this is my 
first year  to see the species so I don't have previous experience Can only 
look 
at the  guides.
