[TN-Bird] two short outings

Two brief, but productive, outings yesterday & today:

4 Nov 2008
Kingsport, TN

Spotted Sandpiper -  1  -  wintering bird back on site behind Riverfront 
Restaurant.
          (this will be 4th straight winter)
Blue-hd. Vireo - 2
Chipping Sparrow - 12

5 Nov 2008
Austin Springs, Washington Co., TN

flock of dabblers contained 6 species, including my first Am. Black Duck of the 
fall.
Barn Swallow - 1  - extends late date for NE Tenn; probably same bird seen 28 
Oct.
Am. Pipit - 10  - first of fall for me.
