[TN-Bird] report on Chicago's tagged gulls

I have received a copy of the City of Chicago's Dept. of Environment report on 
the ring-billed gull project that they conducted last year in which they oiled 
the eggs of some of the gulls in an effort to reduce the number of gulls on 
their beaches.  Some of the gulls turned up in Tennessee and on this list.  The 
report is a 40 page pdf file.  Let me know off list if you would like me to 
email you a copy.
