[TN-Bird] eBird changes

After several months of delays, several species have been
added to the Tennessee eBird list, including Sage
Thrasher, MacGillivray's Warbler, and the white form
of Great Blue Heron. Anyone wishing to archive a
list with these species on it may do so easily now.
If any other species are not on the TN eBird list, please
drop a line directly to me, and I will request additions.
There should also be some changes to the filter that
will prevent some species from being flagged when they
are listed.
