Starlings are good but I'm sure this was a Bobwhite. I listened to it continuously for 2-3 minutes. Starlings mix it up too much. There's seemingly good habitat in the valley below us with a fair-sized (50+ acres) farm with cows and pastures, and a good-sized city park (100+ acres) with open fields and soccer and baseball fields. Also a small creek and marshy area for water sources. Another farm on the ridge across Middlebrook Pike. In the past, I could hear the meadowlarks calling from down in the valley (also have to watch out for starlings) but too much traffic and construction noise now.
