The American White Pelican Flock at Drakes Creek has been there since before
Christmas with about 50, but at least about 20 of them have been there since
the second week in November, possibly all of them. I drive to South Texas
every January, and the population of Am White Pelicans in Arkansas and various
locations in Texas this year seems to have exploded. Jerry Webb
