The first one is absolutely a Yellow-bellied Flycatcher - a nice series of
diagnostic images.
The second one is tricky, and I'll refrain from speculating here.

I'm fielding opinions on two empids I photographed over the last two days.
First, I photographed what I believe is a Yellow-bellied Flycatcher
