TN NWR - Duck River Unit Humphreys County 05/01/13 The water is topping the outer levee in many areas up to a half mile in length thus the bottoms are filling fast. Water is trickling over the concrete spillway closest to where the gallinule was seen. I have been by there twice and have yet to see him.
