Tn Birders . The continuing snow in East TN threatens to reclaim my cleared feed patch on the deck. The Chickadees and Titmice showed up and absconded with an inordinate share of the booty for such small fellers. . Here is the list in order of appearance: . 1 - American Crow 2 - European Starling 3 - American Robin 4 - Downy Woodpecker 5 - Northern Cardinal 6 - Dark-eyed Junco 7 - Song Sparrow 8 - White-throated Sparrow 9 - Blue Jay 10 - Eastern Towhee 11 - Mourning Dove 12 - Northern Mockingbird 13 - Carolina Wren 14 - Carolina Chickadee 15 - Tufted Titmouse 16 - Red-bellied Woodpecker 17 - Northern Flicker 18 - Yellow-bellied Sapsucker . It is 12:30ish and the melted Nacho sauce was delicious on the Mission brand tortilla chips. In a moment or two I am going to fire up the Cyclone 3000 and vacuum a couple of laps making much noise so as to be noticed completing a chore. Snow is steady. .
