[TN-Bird] Say's Phoebe today at Hatchie NWR 2-5-12, Visitors Center O'neil Lake area

>> Spent an hour at the NWR 1215-115pm.

     An Eastern Phoebe had me going for a minute as I walked along the north 
fence line of the visitors bldg. also the we're several Yellow-rumpled 
Warblers, House Finches, Bluebirds.

>> or so Am Coots, and about 35 Ring Neck ducks, some DC Cormorants, and Canada 
>> Geese. Turkey Vultures flying above and a Red Tailed Hawk perched just
