Pickett Co.

I think everyone in Pickett Co. that has a bird feeder have Rose-Br Grosbeaks.
At 3:30 p.m. I had 21 either on the feeder or on the ground or in the bush
beside it.

While sitting on the patio this morning listening to warblers moving North, the
Chestnut- sided Wblr was the loudest. At least three would be in hearing
distance as they passed through. One was especially friendly-- he was
"pleased, pleased, pleased to meet me", but never came out of the maple tree
for me to see.
