Birders:( First Results of CBC in Hamblen County ) This morning on the first day of cbc on Dec. 14, 2007 Shane and Dennis went to the Panther Creek State Park at the swimming pool area and trails here are the first results for the cbc in West and East Hamblen County : 46 Canada Geese ( East Hamblen County flying passed our house ) 14 American Robins 2 Hermit Thrush 2 Red Breasted Nuthatches 2 Black Vultures 1 Downy Woodpecker 2 Cedar Wax Wings 5 Tufted Titmice ( 1 in East Hamblen County ) 5 Carolina Chickadees ( 1 also in east Hamblen County ) 1 Carolina Wren 2 Eastern Blue Birds 3 Turkey Vultures 10 Yellow Rumped Warblers and Unknown Flycatchers mixed in 12 American Crows ( + 1 also east Hamblen County ) 3 Unknown Finches 2 Morning Doves and 1 in East Hamblen County 2 Northern Cardinals 1 Red Bellied Woodpecker ( Heard not Seen ) 1 American GoldFinch ( also in East Hamblen County ) Shane Adams ( Complier ) East Hamblen County / Morristown, TN. =================NOTES TO SUBSCRIBER===================== The TN-Bird Net requires you to SIGN YOUR MESSAGE with first and last name, CITY (TOWN) and state abbreviation.
