Mark, I go there occasionally (well, a few times anyway) and have never found a 
Prothonotary.  I looked on eBird and yours is the only one reported for the 
location.  So apparently you have discovered the first one, at least among 
birders who send their sightings in to eBird.

For those who don't know (I'm sure some already do), Mossy Creek in Jefferson 
City has become (probably always has been and I am just now taking notice) a 
very reliable spot for PROW. I had my FOS there yesterday evening, singing 
away, searching the sycamores.
