[TN-Bird] Red-necked Grebe and Harlan's Red-tailed Hawk, Jackson Co.

Saw a breeding plumage red-necked grebe off the Granville Marina in Jackson Co 
this morning at 915am. Bird was not refound when we returned to the marina 
about 1pm.

Also had an adult dark phase Harlan's red-tailed hawk circling about 10 river 
miles upstream from the marina. Managed photos of both birds.

Also had 13 red-breasted mergansers a little downstream of the marina.  Saw at 
least 7 bald eagles (3 adults, 4+ imm), 7 eastern red-tails, a sharpie, a 
Cooper's hawk, red-shouldered, and a group of 4 osprey together, over the 
course of about 12 river miles.
