[TN-Bird] Owl locations in TN

I was wondering if there were any reliable places to
view and photograph Owls in east TN. I am mostly
interested in 
Great Horned Owl, Snowy Owl, Screech owl, short eared
owl or Saw whet owl. Even going into NC would be ok.
Just looking for some area within say less than 4
hours of Knoxville area. 

Thanks for any suggestions.
