After studying the bird together with Phillip Casteel and Frank Fekel, and
after examination of photos later on, it appears the bird we found earlier
today is a hybrid Ross's x Snow Goose. Although the size is right for Ross's,
the bill shape and proportions are not right for a pure Ross's...neat bird, and
fun to study.

Currently have a Ross's Goos at Snow Bunting peninsula in North Nashville. Bird
is directly along the gravel road that leads out to the point.
