What a wonderful morning. The birds cooperated too. We had a Yellow-bellied
Sapsucker still, as well as a few White-throated sparrows. I addition, a few
Cedar Waxwings wandered about, and four Indigo Bunting came to the water and
the
feeders. The turkey count is up to 6 females, one great big Tom who displays
all the time, and now a youg male who does not. The Bluebirds and Phoebes are
busy nesting. We heard a Wood Thrush at the local State Park, but otherwise
nothing exceptional on the public bird walk. Ralph Brinkhurst, Lebanon Wilson
Co.
