[TN-Bird] Neotropical Cormorants - TN and KY

Criswell and I had a single adult Neotropic Cormorant this AM off Great River
Road just north of Obion River and I had an adult and an immature at Lake #9
this afternoon. Lots of
Wind Birds but widely scattered. At Mud Lake, two White Pelican and the male
Shovelers are still batching it.
