[TN-Bird] North Treatment Plant Memphis Closing

Word is out that the two Lagoons/ponds at the North Treatment plant here in 
North Memphis are being converted to covered lagoons for the treatment of 
wastewater.
This will remove a major birding area from our spring and fall migratory places 
to observe birds. They are currently bulldozing sections as we speak as thee 
lagoons are drained/pumped dry.
