On Saturday, 16 October, the Nashville Chapter of TOS, with the assistance of the Warner Park Nature Center, will sponsor a Field Trip to the recently-acquired Hill Property that is to become part of the Warner Parks. This 324 acre tract is not currently open to the public, which means this is a rare chance to visit and bird the old growth forest that is unusual in metropolitan Nashville. Due to the sensitivity of this unique habitat, the number of participants is limited to 20. Please confirm your participation by contacting Linda Kelly, Field Trip Coordinator. Check the September-October 2010 *Newshawk Bulletin*, the NTOS newsletter, for complete details.
