Tn-Birders,

Today I went to Mossy Creek Wildlife Viewing Area in Jefferson City on Thursday 
& Saturday  and here what I have seen today:

Saturday, March 23, 2002

Animals:

river otter

turtle ( Thursday & Saturday )

SongBirds:

Eastern Bluebird

2 chimney swifts

Flock of Grackles

hawk ( twice )

red winged blackbird

2 yellow rumped warblers

2 cardnials ( male & female )

song sparrow

flock of crows

red-bellied woodpecker

Bald Eagle ( soring )

WaterFowl:

2 Canada Geese ( Thursday & Saturday )

flock of mallards ( drakes & hens )

2 wood ducks ( drake & hen )

redheads ( drake & hen )

2 mourning doves

Thursday :

house sparrow

great blue heron

turkey vulture

3 hawks ( in Hamblen County )
