[TN-Bird] Long-tailed Ducks, Cherokee Dam

As of 1pm, there are still 5 Long-tailed Ducks at Cherokee Dam in Jefferson
County - same spot that Ron Hoff reported a few days ago.
Yesterday I came out and relocated most of the birds he had reported including
about 15 White-winged Scoters, a Common Loon, hundreds of Redheads, Scaup,
hundreds of Ring-billed, a few Herring, and dozens of Bonaparte's Gulls.
