Yesterday, I once again spotted this bird on a feeder on the east side of the
property. It's encouraging to know there is apparently at least one breeding
pair in my area.
I know that this species has suffered significant population declines in the
past century. Does anyone know it's status in Tennessee? Is it listed as
threatened?
