This bird has pink legs like a Herring Gull; Sibley's shows California Gulls
with yellow legs.

Subject: [TN-Bird] ID help juvenile Herring/California more pics
These are not quite open wing, but he is holding it at a different angle. Also
to me, the head looks different than most Herrings I see, it's a little smaller
and not the same shape.
