[TN-Bird] Harlequin Duck at Kingsport

The Harlequin Duck was seen today around noon at the usual spot behind
Riverfront Seafood on Netherland Inn Road. The bird was seen on the bank
near the dock earlier this morning by the restaurant owner. I was there for
around an hour, between 11 am and 12 noon and the bird moved around a lot.
It spent most of it's time upstream on the same side of the riverbank as
the restaurant and then moving along the shoreline of the island in the
river.
