[TN-Bird] Eagle Bend Yesterday- Black Tern

I stopped by the Eagle Bend Hatchery yesterday afternoon at ~4:15 at the
onset of a major squall. The shorebirds are pretty much gone as are (it
seems) the ibises. I did see one Black Tern in adult alternate plumage
enjoying the gusty winds (at least I was enjoying watching it).
