December 7, 2011 Hwy. 152, west of Humboldt Crockett County The 3 adult Tundra Swans located yesterday on Hwy. 152 west of Humboldt in Crockett Co. are still present in the same location. They have moved way away from the road & are in the same spot where Mike Todd saw them yesterday. It was snowing so hard this morning that they were not visible with the naked eye. They were swimming around in the water in a flooded wheat field. The small flock of Canada Geese they were associating with yesterday was still.sitting out in the field away from the water. A few Mallards & Ring-billed Gulls were present in the flooded area as well. Good birding, Mark Greene Trenton, TN Sent from Yahoo! Mail on Android
