[TN-Bird] Concord Park Scoter - 2/7

There was an adult male White-winged Scoter seen from the parking area across
the street from "The Cove" at Concord Park in west Knoxville today around 1:45
pm. A lady birding the area was kind enough to let me know and go back over
there with me to show me the bird through her scope as I only had my binos.
