Visited "the Cove" at Concord Park on Sunday morning from 8:45-9:45 am. There were 9 Blue-Winged Teal in the pond beside the parking lot which flew to the south when an Osprey flew over. I also got nice low and close looks at 2 of the Brown-Headed Nuthatches when one began pecking on a stump. I checked out the boat launch a mile or so east afterwards. notables: "the Cove" Blue-Winged Teal - 9 (6m,3f) Horned Grebe - 4 (3 in breeding plum.)
