Sorry this posting is so late. We have had some personal experience with
the latest computer worm. I am confident that it has be cleaned from
my system.

First, thanks to the Chattanooga folks for great hospitality and a good
meeting!

We had every intention of joining the group going to Nickijack Lake
Sunday moring, but I went right out of the parking lot instead of left.
I thought we would just meet up at Shell Mound, but that didn't quite
work out either. Anyway with the rain and wind we didn't find much,
one late ring-billed gull and a Forster's tern. We left the dam and
headed north on 27. In Dayton, just across from the county welcome
center there is a park with a lake. As we drove by we noticed a female
common merganser. We turned around a went back for a better look. The
bird was near, but didn't seem to be associateing with the local
population of mallards and muscovys. It seemed an odd place to find
one and late. I checked out Robinson and it isn't late after all.

Did anyone find the red-throated loon?
