Alice Loftin, Sarah Ledford, and I heard a Chuck-will's-widow this
evening from about 8:20 to about 8:40 in Midway community, western
Greene County. Sarah, a farmer in Midway, contacted us about the bird
this evening after hearing it for the first time last night about 8:30.
Many thanks to her for calling it to our attention.
