Found on a small island on East end of Kingston Wild Life Area, DIRECTIONS : Go I40 to exit at Kingston. Turn Left ( Away from downtown Knigston. Tur left is North towards Oak Ridge ). Go about 1 mile to a TWRA paved -large parking lot and boat launch ramp. Look across the lake -- a bit left to small island. I saw 14 Cattle Egrets I usually see Great Blue Herons-Black Crown Night heron and Scads of Double crested Cormorants. The Cattle Egrets were ther about 2:00 pm Friday.
