[TN-Bird] Black-necked Stilt

The BN Stilt was still at the Phelp's Dairy pond on Poland Road about 2 p.m.
today. We got excellent looks from the car (it was raining) at this Blount
county visitor . .
Thank you Jean for seeing that this information got on-line and for meeting us/
going with us to see this new state bird. Thanks also to Tracey for doing the
relays.
