When we had an Eastern Phoebe nesting on our front porch, when I would play the piano, one of them would come and perch by the window and sing, I don't know if it was just coincidence, but it happened almost every time. As far as the Screech Owl goes, I have been able to attract a few birds by imitating one, but I attract far more with the CD.
