Jeff, I have saw the bird when I was leaving my Quail Unlimited Meeting last Thursday night at 8:00 p.m. and there was plenty of light to see the bird sitting on the barb wire fence the bird's face was black I did not see its beak there is a pasture field on one side of the fence and tobacco field on the left side of the fence and water on the other side of the fence. The bird wings was pointed the tail was long and round it was flying and sitting the bird size is a half of a fence post and the bird would be looking over the top of the fence post. Shane Adams.
