[tn-bird] Bell's Vireo

The Bell's Vireo is still singing away in the same location in Black Bayou at
Reelfoot Lake. I was in there about 7:15 this AM. Dove hunters haven't been a
problem since opening day. And we can go in. Just be aware of where the hunters
are. Weekends are busier.
