[TN-Bird] Barred Owl "proof of breeding"

Had a pretty good day in the backyard today (west Knox Co, Sunday
5 March 2006) with 29 species so far topped off by some Barred Owl
hanky-panky.

About 5:45 PM, I heard the Barred Owls in the woods making quite
a racket.  I went to the bedroom window just in time to see the
female fly up into a tree behind our house.  She was quickly
followed by the male who landed beside her, then mounted... and...
well, you get the picture.  Proof of breeding.
