Hi,

We are in the process of moving to a more reliable web and email hosting
platform.

You will have received an email from support@xxxxxxx
<mailto:support@xxxxxxx>  with instructions about your new email that starts
"Welcome to your email xxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx <mailto:xxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> ".
Please DO NOT do anything with that yet but save the email as you will need
it later (I can let you know what was in it if it gets lost or deleted).

To make the transfer I will have to move all of your emails from where they
are today to the new platform.  What this means for you is:

*       You will get a new temporary password for your emails.  You will
need to use this until I let you know the transfer is complete.  Please do
not change this password until I've let you know it's safe to do so or you
will lose all your existing emails.
*       You can use email as normal but with the new password from this
point onwards until the transfer starts.
*       When the transfer starts, I will let you know and during the
transfer you will not be able to send or receive emails.  I will send mails
to both your tlchub address and your personal address.
*       When the transfer is complete I will let you know by emailing to
your personal address
*       You should then access emails using the details in the email from
support@xxxxxxx <mailto:support@xxxxxxx>  you have received but I'll send
them out again to your personal email address with the notice that email is
back.

FAQs

*        Will I have a new tlc email address?

No, you will have the same tlc email address as now, e.g.,
dave@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.

*        Will I still be able to access systems that use my tlc email
address, e.g. payroll and holiday systems?

Yes, nothing will change for getting into these systems you will still use
your tlchub.org.uk email address and the password you normally use to access
the system.  It will still work during transfer.
