The important fact to note is this: Toyota cars have a reputation that very few
major auto manufacturers can match, except perhaps Honda.
That's what makes this situation so interesting. If an operation with designs
and quality as good as *Toyota* screwed this up, what of other automobile
manufacturers?
It think this is but the tip of a very large iceberg.
