Hello Gordon,

Well, so much for that. I had no idea those folks actually published
that stuff themselves..

How about this: Is it possible to ban something that has no exact
definition?

Here's Rosin:

"It consists primarily of tricyclic monocarboxylic acids
having the general empirical formula C20H30 O2, with small quantities
of compounds saponifiable with a boiling alcoholic solution of
potassium or sodium hydroxide and some unsaponifiable matter."

From ANSI T621, Analysis of Rosin.

If you don't know what "it" is, can you still ban "it"?
